How it Works?

Step 1 — Submit a Nomination

Anyone may nominate an educator or support professional whose work demonstrates significant, measurable, and sustainable impact.

Step 2 — Review and Evaluation

All nominations are reviewed by an independent committee of education professionals. Nominations are evaluated based on clarity of impact, evidence of contribution, and community influence.

Step 3 — Final Selection

Semi-finalists and finalists are selected before the ultimate award recipient is chosen. The recipient will be publicly announced and celebrated.

Step 4 — Award Presentation

The award recipient receives the designated cash portion and contribution to their school or program, along with recognition at upcoming Pathlight Impact Award celebrations.
